Teaching video

Hello student, in this lesson we will learn about two type of form Binary and Ternary.
The term form refers to the overall structure or plan of a piece of music; it describes the layout of a composition as divided into sections.

Binary form consist of two contrasting section often we label as A and B, Ternary form consist also of two section A and B with a repeat of A.
Look and identify these to animals.
Are they similar or different.

A

B

These two animals are different so it is with binary form in music its has two dirent sections that are different.
Ternary for would be the A which is the cheeter and B which is the dog and a repeat of A which is the cheeter.

Repettition is define as Sounds or ideas are repeated.
